After my morning coffee and bagel run, my classic car wouldn't start. I asked the young man driving the URSA Security van if he could give me a push to roll start the car. He could not have been nicer, we got the car running in no time. This company obviously hires quality people, a trait I would want in my security systems vendor!

Morgan and his team have really made my house secure with an alarm system, professional quality cameras and thermal imaging. I had one minor issue, I called them and it was fixed the same day. I recently had cameras and an alarm system installed in my home. Staff arrived on time, working in the rain, and got the job done. The quality of the video on my cameras is amazing both at night and during the day. I was very happy with how much I am able to see at night! Morgan and Ryan took the time to explain to me how my cameras worked and how to access video. They also walked me through how to use my alarm system and hooked me up with an app to use my alarm from my phone. My family and I feel safe and at ease in our new home. I would highly recommend any service at Brass City Alarm!
